To become an EUMT Agent you need to provide:

3. Trading address
4. Registered address
5. Company/business registration number:
6. VAT number:
7. Number of years in Business and location
8. Contacts (Admin, accounts & IT)
9. Bank Details
10. Business activities
11. Business model
12. Documents required
    1. Certificate of incorporation
    2. Proof of trading address: – A utility bill for electricity broadband/phone etc
    3. Proof of bank account:- bank statement/voided cheque/ bank ref letter

• Proprietor/Partners/Directors details(for each)

1. Name
2. Address
3. Date of Birth
4. Nationality
5. Visa status if Foreigner
6. Documents required
   1. Valid Photo ID
   2. Recent Proof of address
   3. GNIB Card
   4. Filled Questionnaire
